Start with a site survey

Our consultancy, in six stages

Each stage ends with something you can use, so you decide on the next step with real information in hand.

  1. Site and raw material survey

    We visit your site and survey the biomass around it: what is available, how much, through which seasons, its moisture and ash, and its delivered cost. We also check power, water, access and space.

  2. Feasibility and project report

    We size the plant to your raw material and market, and work out the investment, running cost, cost per tonne of pellets and payback.

    You get: A project report you can take to your bank or investors

  3. Machine selection and layout

    We identify the right process line for your raw material: chipper, hammer mill, dryer, ring-die pellet mill, cooler, screen and bagging. We compare suppliers and plan the layout.

  4. Installation and commissioning

    We support installation, run trials until the pellets meet the target quality, and train your operators.

    You get: A plant producing to spec, and a trained team

  5. Market link-ups

    We connect you with buyers, such as industries switching from LPG, diesel and furnace oil, so your output has somewhere to go from day one.

  6. Supervision, if you need it

    Periodic visits or remote support to keep production, pellet quality and maintenance on track. Die and roller wear, for example, needs planning.

We work across West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, Assam, Meghalaya, Nepal and Bhutan, and have also delivered a project in Maharashtra. Because we also supply pellets and pellet burners, we understand the whole chain from raw material to the buyer's boiler.

Frequently asked questions

Can I hire you for just one stage?
Yes. Each stage is a separate service with its own deliverable. Many clients start with the site and raw material survey and decide on the next step from the report.
What capacity pellet plants do you set up?
We work on small and medium capacity pellet and briquette plants, and supply ring-die pellet machines for them. Tell us your raw material and target output.
What raw materials can be pelletised?
Sawdust, wood chips and other wood residue are the most common. Many agricultural residues can also be used. The survey tells you what your local material can do.
Will you help me sell the pellets?
Yes. Market link-ups are part of our service. We connect plants with industrial buyers moving off LPG, diesel and furnace oil.
